The Emerald Five-Step Installation
1. Contact us.
2. We will assess your project requirements and give you a quote.
3. Singing the agreed-upon contract. The terms of the contract will cover, at a minimum, the following items:
– A complete description of your project’s scope of work.
– A timeline for overall completion.
– What you can expect from us regarding our Responsive-Systematic-Professional service model.
– What if anything is required of you.
– Your warranty information.
– Our service agreement.
– The agreed-upon payment terms.
4. We will start your project.
As per our agreed-upon timeline, you will receive formal notification that we have started your project. Depending on the agreed-upon terms, you will also receive updates on the completion of various project milestones.
If you become concerned or dissatisfied with any of the work being done, do not hesitate to contact us. We will explain why things are happening the way they are, and many times we can accommodate changes.
Should you require changes to the agreed-upon scope of work, we will complete a change order form with you. This form will outline what you would like us to do and how that impacts the original timeline and any associated costs.
5. Project completion.
Once we have completed the scope of work and the project handover, we will ask you for a written review based on your positive experience with us.
